UI 2012/2013 post ume application form is out : basic requirements

U.I 2012 post ume application form is out.this is to notify those student that registered University of Ibadan (UI), as their choice of university, informing you that their 2012 post utme form is available for sale in various banks in Nigeria.if the said university is your school of choice, you are eligible to apply by obtaining the form from any of the designated banks in Nigeria.the procedure to obtain your form is not difficult.so if you know any one or you registered it among your choice of preferred university, then you can go ahead and buy the UI 2012/2013 post ume registration form.

The following categories of candidates are eligible to fill the form :

==> Candidates who have chosen University of Ibadan as first or second most preferred institution during the 2012 UTME Application Exercise.
==> Candidates who scored a minimum of 200 at the 2012 UTME examination.
==> Candidates who shall be at least sixteen years old by October 2012.

Ensure you are eligible before paying at the bank. No refund will be made for any payment made in error.All payments must be made in the names of the candidate.


Purchase of Access Code

Candidates are to PAY a sum of two thousand naira (N2000) into U.I Admission Processing Fee Account (See the list below) at any of the branches of the following approved banks, nearest to you.

BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS

==> First Bank of Nigeria Plc ( Acct. No.2018156959 )
==> Mainstreet Bank Plc ( Acct. No.6000085286 )

The teller should have full names of the candidate (SURNAME first) as in the UTME result slip preceded by the JAMB Registration number,as the payee.

Name and JAMB Registration Number should be quoted in the depositor's name at the point of payment (in the Bank. The following format could be adopted: JAMBregno/names
e.g 93145667FE/ABUBAKAR, TAIWO EJIKE

Filling the Online Forms

With information from the Bank teller, log into the online admission portal, to update your payment details. Supply your jamb registration number, teller number,bank and bank branch where the payment is made and the date of payment to generate user id and pin.

The online forms should be carefully filled following ALL necessary instructions, as mistake(s) may lead to disqualification.The form contains a total of four pages

PAGE ONE: CANDIDATE'S BIODATA

==> Complete the additional information required on this page. Note that some data have already been filled in for you.
==> Kindly use functional e-mail addresses and telephone numbers to enable us reach you in the course of the admission exercise, whenever the need arises
==> We need data of father,mother and or the guardian.
==> Proceed to the next page
==> Before proceeding to the next page, check to ensure you have entered the correct information

PAGE TWO: O LEVEL DETAILS

==> Fill in your o level details
==> You can fill in a second sitting if there is a deficient in the first sitting o level result.
==> Candidates who are expecting the release of their 2012 'O' level results CAN participate in the 2012/2013 Admissions Exercise by indicating their "Awaiting Result" status appropriately ONLINE.Such results must be uploaded immediately they are released. SSCE (or equivalent) results released after 31 August, 2012 will not be considered for the 2012/2013 Admissions Exercise.
==> Ensure correct and adequate information is provided.
==> Proceed to the next page
==> Before proceeding to the next page, check to ensure you have entered the correct information

PAGE THREE: CANDIDATE'S UME DETAILS

==> Cross check the record displayed to ensure it is the same as what you scored in the UTME examinations. Inform the admission office of any variance using the helpdesk site provided for the exercise (http://admissions.ui.edu.ng/helpdesk)
==> Proceed to the next page

PAGE FOUR: REVIEW

==> Review all information supplied and ensure they are correct and accurate.
==> You can go back and correct any mistake observed
==> Click on proceed to the next page to continue.

PAGE FIVE: REVIEW AND PRINT YOUR DETAILS

==> The page contains a full detail of all your entries and payment information for confirmation and printing
==> If you notice any error kindly click "Back to the previous page" to correct the error
==> If you are satisfied with the information click "Final Submission"
==> Please ensure that you check your entries properly before clicking on Final Submission as you may not be able to make any correction thereafter. However, you can revisit the page to complete submission anytime provided the final submission has not been made
